Hey there, eco-warriors! Are you ready to get your hands dirty and make a difference in your community? Join us for a morning of trash pick up, weeding, and brush clearance to make our downtown beautiful! Meet us out front of the aquarium bright and early at 8 a.m. Make sure to come dressed in pants and sturdy shoes or boots.

We can provide some tools but please bring gloves and any snips or garden shears you might have. And as a special thank you for your hard work, get free admission to the aquarium that day! So let's band together, make a difference, and have some fun while we're at it!

Pollinator Party

The first 25 kids of the day (paying guests or members) will receive a cool gift bag!
Dress like Superhero Day, to save the world! Those in costume will be eligible to enter their name to win an amazing gift basket.
Pollinators, like bees, butterflies and hummingbirds work hard to keep flowers healthy. Make your own flower craft and add it to our community gARTden!

See the sweet side of pollination. Pot your very own plant to take home!
Meet Gabe Shaheen and his ambassador bugs and reptiles and learn all about them
Horticulturalist Tim Hoover will be on site to answer questions about the flora and fauna in and around the aquarium
Meet Camila Muller, LSUS professor of Biological Sciences. She will be bringing multiple pollinator specimens.
